Free accommodation on request

Every registered participant may request free accommodation.

  • Eligibility: any registered ICM 2030 participant.
  • What is offered: a place in a university dormitory, for up to 10 nights covering the Congress.
  • How to opt in: indicate your preference during registration.
  • Hotel option: the standard hotel-booking pathway remains available at the participant's own expense.
How to apply

Applications open after Hong Kong is selected to host ICM 2030.

Once the IMU vote concludes on 21 July 2026, this section will host live application links to the IMU CDC platform and the early-career and applied-mathematician programmes.
